About Us:
Our Mission
At All of the Above Design Studio, we believe interior design should do more than look beautiful. It should improve the way people live, work, gather, and experience a space.
Our work begins with understanding the people who will use the environment, the way they need it to function, and the goals behind the project. Through thoughtful collaboration, we create spaces that feel intentional, comfortable, meaningful, and distinctly personal.
We approach every project as designers, problem-solvers, and strategic partners. Whether we are working on a commercial environment or a luxury residence, our goal is to balance aesthetics with function, durability, well-being, and long-term value.
The result is design that is not only beautiful, but purposeful, environments that support the people who use them and elevate the way they experience everyday life.

About Tabitha
Tabitha Jean Evans is an award-winning interior designer, author, U.S. Army Veteran, and Principal of All of the Above Design Studio. Based in Georgetown, Texas, she brings nearly two decades of design experience and a multidisciplinary perspective to commercial and residential projects across the country.
Her work spans senior living, hospitality, multifamily, amenity environments, model homes, and select luxury residential projects. With extensive experience in both design and project leadership, Tabitha understands that successful interiors must accomplish more than creating a beautiful first impression. They must function well, support the people who use them, respond to operational and business objectives, and deliver lasting value.
As Principal of AOTA, Tabitha leads design vision, client communication, project strategy, consultant coordination, contract administration, and the integration of design throughout the project delivery process. She is known for bringing clarity to complex projects, balancing creative ambition with budgets and schedules, and keeping teams focused on the needs of the end user.
Her approach combines design creativity with strategic problem-solving. Whether working with a developer, ownership group, architect, builder, operator, or homeowner, Tabitha believes the strongest outcomes begin with listening, collaboration, and a clear understanding of what the space needs to accomplish.
Prior to her design career, Tabitha served as a Signals Intelligence Analyst in the U.S. Army, where she received multiple medals and citations for her service. That experience continues to influence her disciplined approach to leadership, communication, problem-solving, and accountability.
Tabitha has served in numerous leadership roles within the American Society of Interior Designers, including Chair of the ASID National Ethics Committee, Austin Design Community Chair, and President of the ASID Arizona North Chapter. She has also served as an instructor at Scottsdale Community College and is the author of, "Becoming a Designer of Distinction: What Interior Design School Won’t Teach You."
Her work has been recognized with multiple design awards, but the measure of success she values most is earning the trust of clients and being invited back for the next project.
Outside the studio, Tabitha enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, traveling, and continually finding inspiration in the places and people she encounters.
