All of the Above Design Studio designed 1872 Golf Club as a hybrid: a serious training environment that still feels like a destination. The interior balances high-performance simulator bays with a hospitality-forward lounge, using intentional zoning, controlled lighting, and durable materials that can handle heavy daily traffic.

Key design priorities included clear circulation and sight-lines (lounge → bays → bar), glare-managed lighting for screens and swing zones, and finishes selected for longevity and easy maintenance. The result is a space that supports focused practice, effortless hosting, and an elevated member experience, modern, comfortable, and unmistakably premium from the moment you walk in.
